1. BINDING AGREEMENT
The Hive Services reserves the right to make amendments to these conditions without giving prior notice. By requesting service by any means—including telephone, email, booking form, or direct conversation—the client accepts that these terms and conditions are legally binding.

2. HIVE SUBSCRIPTION MODEL (RENT-A-HELP)
All recurring services are governed by a fixed-rate subscription model.

Occasional Hive: R900.00 / Month (Every Alternate Week).

Weekly Hive: R1,750.00 / Month (Once a Week).

Power Hive: R3,400.00 / Month (Twice a Week).

Flat-Rate Policy: Monthly rates are calculated on a 52-week annual average. In months containing a 5th service day, subscribers receive this visit at no additional cost. No pro-rata refunds are issued for months with fewer service days.

Payment & Billing: Subscription payments are processed via automated recurring billing on the 25th of each month for the following month’s service.

3. PUBLIC AD-HOC SERVICES

Premium Rate: Non-subscription visits are billed at the Public Ad-Hoc Rate of R450.00 per visit.

Payment: Ad-Hoc visits must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Priority: Subscription members hold “Guaranteed Slot” status. Ad-hoc bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled to prioritize subscription loyalty.

4. CANCELLATION & NOTICE PERIODS

Subscription Termination: Requires 14-day written notice prior to the 25th of the month.

Ad-Hoc Cancellation: Requires 24-hour notice.

Late Cancellation Fee: R50.00 for notifications made less than 24 hours prior to service.

Lock-Out Fee: If a team cannot enter the premises upon arrival, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged.

5. LIABILITY, ACCIDENTS & THEFT

Insurance: The Hive Services maintains Public Liability Insurance.

Security: The client is responsible for securing cash, jewelry, and valuables. Damage must be reported within 24 hours. The Hive Services reserves the option to repair or replace items damaged by our team.

Theft Claims: The client must report suspected theft to the office and lay formal charges with SAPS. The Hive Services is indemnified against any claim without proof of prosecution.

6. OPERATIONAL STANDARDS

Arrival Window: 08h30 – 16h30.

Conduct: Housekeepers do not smoke, watch TV, or answer doors/phones. Their sole purpose is cleaning.

Pets: We are not responsible for pets that “escape” during entry/exit. Please secure pets or notify us if they are free-roaming.

Excluded Items: Body fluids, excretions, litter boxes, curio cabinets, and climbing higher than a step stool. No furniture moving involving electronics.

Non-Solicitation: Clients are prohibited from hiring Hive personnel privately for 2 years following contract termination. Breach incurs a R2,500.00 placement fee, due immediately.

7. REFUNDS & SATISFACTION
No refunds are issued. Under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we will re-clean unsatisfactory areas free of charge if reported by 11:00 am the following day.

8. HOLIDAYS
Observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. All other holidays are operational. Rescheduling for observed holidays will occur approximately 2 weeks prior.
